Using the same astronomy library as Soul Atlas charts, Venus stationed retrograde on 3 October 2026 in Scorpio, moved back into Libra during October, and stations direct in Libra on 14 November 2026 (UTC). It then moves forward again, re-entering Scorpio on 4 December 2026.
As with Mercury, retrograde motion is apparent: it happens as the Earth and Venus pass each other on their orbits, and midway through, Venus passes between the Earth and the Sun before reappearing in the morning sky as the Morning Star.
What astrologers associate with Venus
Venus is traditionally linked with love and affection, beauty and pleasure, and what we value, including money. Libra and Taurus are the two signs it rules. Libra is about relating, balance and fairness; Scorpio is about depth, intimacy and honesty about what we really want.
