Refund policy.

• Each report is generated instantly from your chart, so refunds are given only if something went wrong: the PDF wouldn't download or open, a technical fault left it incomplete, or you were charged more than once.
• Entered the wrong birth details? We'll send you a corrected report free of charge.
• Changing your mind after your report is generated isn't covered.

To ask for a refund or a corrected report, email hello@soulatlas.io from the address you paid with and tell us what went wrong (for a correction, include the right birth details). Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.

The $299.99 consultation is paid when you book. These terms apply to every session:

• Cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund, or reschedule for free.
• Within 48 hours of your session, or if you miss it, there's no refund — but you can reschedule once, free of charge.
• If we ever need to cancel, you choose: a full refund or a new time.

To cancel or move a session, use the link in your booking confirmation or email hello@soulatlas.io. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.

Card statements show the charge from our payment provider's network. If you don't recognise a charge, contact us first — we'll help you check it.
